Shipping Policy

At ToofFairy Labs, we prioritize fast and efficient service. All orders are processed and dispatched within one business day, and we offer additional shipping every other Saturday. Rush shipping options are also available for expedited delivery.

Your impression kit will typically arrive within 3–5 days, depending on your selected shipping service and location. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Please note that delivery times may be delayed during the holiday season.

Custom-made dental appliances generally require up to 35 days for production and shipping. If there are any technical or shipping delays, we will promptly communicate with you regarding any changes to your order’s estimated delivery time.

Included with your impression kit is a prepaid return shipping label. After completing your impressions, simply affix the label to the TFL-provided box and drop it off at your local mailbox or post office.

ToofFairy Labs guarantees the quality of our products and will provide projected shipping dates. Any shipping issues will be promptly communicated to you through courier updates.

Return Policy

ToofFairy Labs accepts returns for all products under the following conditions:

All items must be returned as a complete kit and free from any signs of mishandling.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned items are received by ToofFairy Labs.
Returns made within 90 days of delivery are subject to a $29.99 restocking fee.
ToofFairy Labs reserves the right to refuse returns for items more than 3 months after shipment.
